Your first visit to Wakefield Chiropractic Plus will begin the exploration into your unique health needs. In this meeting we will discuss your symptoms or complaints, previous medical care, and healing techniques. An action plan will be established together to move you toward your health goals.
If you’re looking for chiropractic care or if you’re unsure what services you are in need of, schedule a new patient appointment here.
If you’re ready to get started with functional medicine, contact the office to submit past lab results and begin the intake forms.
What's Addressed at Initial Consultation
- Lifestyle Influences – Diet, physical activity, toxic exposures, and traumas

Frequently Asked Questions
We are in-network providers for most insurance companies. Not all of our services are covered under every insurance policy. All charges will be discussed prior to services rendered so there are no surprises.
You will have already submitted your intake information and any current/previous lab results, so you and Dr. Wakefield will be discussing your health in detail. Dr. Wakefield will have initial recommendations by the end of this first visit. This may include starting treatment, running additional tests, or referral to another professional.
We provide extensive digestive, hormone, and blood testing. Dr. Wakefield can order tests through Sanford or Avera, and has accounts with many individual lab distributers.
